Digital Marketer

Job Summary
Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, leads and sales through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
• Handling Sosial Media
• Manage and optimize company social media accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, Thread and other relevant platforms.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify current trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, traffic, leads and sales.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing paid advertisements and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator and Live Host to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches and campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms and consumer behaviour.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Creative, analytical and results-oriented.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
