Job Summary

You will lead project coordination and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with project specifications, driving successful project completion through effective stakeholder collaboration and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes to secure materials and ensure their timely delivery according to site requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, architects, subcontractors, and specialists to facilitate smooth and timely project execution
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards
• Manage project budgets by monitoring expenditures and ensuring work stays within financial limits
• Supervise design elements to align with project goals and requirements
• Prepare and submit timely cash flow forecasts and progress claims to support financial tracking
• Lead and support team members to meet daily work targets and overall project requirements
• Monitor project progress continuously and implement improvements to meet critical milestone dates
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly progress and safety reports to maintain transparency and compliance
• Report all project developments and issues promptly to Management for informed decision-making
• Prepare and present consolidated contractual claims to Client representatives to resolve financial matters
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Site Manager to ensure successful project completion

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1800 hours
• Saturday: 0900 to 1300 hours (alternate)
