Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare daily sales reports and achieve operational and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure excellent dining experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
