Responsibilities

Live hosting

• You will go live about six hours per day on TikTok and at on-site shows, present products clearly, and demo features to convert viewers into repeat shoppers.
• You will maintain consistent attendance and follow assigned rosters to support daily streams and special events.

Performance & content

• You will use viewer and sales metrics to shape each stream and aim for measurable growth in reach and conversions.
• You will apply feedback and coaching to refine your on-camera delivery and build a platform-ready hosting portfolio.

Collaboration & live operations

• You will coordinate with production, marketing, and talent teams for online and offline events to deliver smooth broadcasts.
• You will handle live situations with quick thinking, manage audience interaction, and keep energy high throughout streams.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Comfortable and confident on camera with an energetic, cheerful, and outgoing presence.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience hosting live streams or on-site shows is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong communication and interaction skills for presenting products and guiding viewers to purchase.
• Basic familiarity with live-stream platforms like TikTok and e-commerce live commerce concepts.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Quick-thinking and calm under pressure during live segments.
• Friendly, engaging, and able to entertain while staying focused on sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay options: RM2,500 or RM3,000 depending on schedule, plus RM500 attendance allowance and commission.
• Total earnings can reach up to RM3,500 plus commission based on performance.
• Schedule choices: 22-day or 26-day roster with flexible hours and breaks; live shifts average six hours per day.
• Assessment and confirmation: a 5-day live trial and a short job trial are required, with permanent confirmation after 30 days and an additional RM500 on confirmation.
• Accommodation is provided for some roles.
