The client is a European multinational corporation with manufacturing and R&D operations specializing in semiconductor manufacturing and quality management.

Job Scope

• Oversee the full spectrum of quality functions and leading a team of Engineers and Technicians to support manufacturing sites and R&D operations
• Develop and implement improvement programs and methods on product, material, process, and operational quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused programs that promote employee engagement,quality awareness, and operational excellence across the organization.
• Responsible for all quality-related matters, including customer quality issues, internal quality concerns, investigations, audits, customer visits, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Notifications, Engineering Requests, and Process Change Notifications; participate in Yield Teams and other cross-functional improvement activities.

Requirement

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• 10 years of working experience in quality function in a mid-size semiconductor / electronics manufacturing / R&D environment
• Proven people management skill and effective work with cross functional team to drive quality initiatives across the organization
• Proficiency in FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan and SPC
• Problem analyzing and solving using statistical methodology
• Working knowledge of all quality system elements, auditing experience and TS 16949 knowledge
• Project management skills
