Kelayakan

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Experience in air freight sales or a similar sales role within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of air freight logistics, including: (Pricing, Regulations, Market dynamics)
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, generate insights and make informed decisions.

Tanggungjawab

  • Oversee and coordinate all air cargo operations.
  • Manage shipments and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Negotiate with carriers and optimise operational costs.
  • Maintain service levels across air freight operations.
  • Lead and mentor the air freight team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Work with airlines, ground handling agents and other service providers to negotiate contracts, rates and service levels.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain reliable partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Develop air freight sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and other departments.
