Job Summary

Be based on-site to support architectural works by applying knowledge of structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines. Use BIM and AutoCAD to prepare drawings for claims, maintain site records, coordinate project activities, and assist in cost and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of structural, architectural, and M&E works to support on-site project execution
• Use BIM and AutoCAD software to prepare accurate drawings for claim documentation
• Maintain comprehensive site records and manage drawings to ensure project accuracy
• Produce daily site reports to track progress and issues
• Assist the site manager in developing and updating the work programme for efficient scheduling
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, tradesmen, consultants, owners, and other specialists to ensure smooth project delivery
• Support cost management by tracking project expenses and preparing project claims
• Demonstrate initiative
• Collaborate effectively as a team player to achieve project goals
• Continuously seek learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
