Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Engineer, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di HART ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking fora proactive and hands-on Production Engineer to support daily production operations, monitor performance, resolve production issues, and drive improvements in productivity and quality. The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing/production experience, and be familiar with technical drawings, AutoCAD, and ISO 9001. Candidates should be comfortable working on the shopfloor, communicating with production teams, and be willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to ensure jobs are completed according to schedule.
• Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, production output, labour hours, rework, and overall shopfloor performance.
• Work closely with supervisors and production workers to resolve day-to-day production issues, delays, and process inefficiencies.
• Read and interpret production drawings, specifications, work instructions, and ensure work meets required quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production Admin, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials, information, and production documents.
• Support the development and implementation of SOPs, work instructions, process improvements, workflow optimisation, and productivity initiatives.
• Monitor shopfloor housekeeping, safety, and compliance with established procedures, and provide regular production status updates and outstanding issues to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or production environments.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and workplace safety requirements, with relevant ISO/bizSAFE training preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with production personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a shopfloor environment and engaging directly with production workers.
