Responsibilities

  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, conflicting businesspractices and integration issues, recommending suitable alternatives.
  • Able to take lead in project assignments and manage itsscope and key stakeholders.
  • Manage business users and analyze business requirements.
  • Drive good project management practices and governance within the IT team
  • Able to develop user guide and conduct training for staffs when required.
