Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt and professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS/cashier system.
Prepare drinks, ice cream, desserts and other menu items according to company standards and recipes.
Ensure food and beverage items are prepared in a clean, safe and hygienic manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, kitchen area, equipment and utensils.
Replenish ingredients, packaging materials and other supplies when required.
Monitor stock levels and inform the outlet supervisor/manager on low-stock items.
Assist with receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stock preparation and cashier settlement.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the outlet supervisor/manager.
