The HR assistant is responsible to assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties such as:

• Administrative matters including managing HR records, employee files, and documentations
• Full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and contract renewal
• Provide general HR support to employees, responding to queries and directing them to appropriate resources
• Any other duties/projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
• Candidates with no prior HR experience who are keen to learn are encouraged to apply
