Key Responsibilities include:

Assistance with Data Maintenance
* Maintenance of data related to Group suppliers, Camfil Companies and items, including the collection of needed documentation (supplier information, price agreements, drawings, TDS, MSDS, …) to set up the data in the respect of our GS specifications
* Data quality/validity control and coordination of needed updates with concerned parties
* Notification of updates to relevant parties
* Administration and monitoring of forecasts to be provided by our Camfil Companies to part of our Group suppliers
* Coordination with Group Logistics when a new trade needs a decision about allocated forwarder

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Working experience, preferably from the manufacturing industry and related to supply chain, with relevant praxis of data administration
* Solid understanding of business methodology and system data administration
* Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Office applications
* Capacity to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
