Job Description

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the construction project team, overseeing site operations, project planning, execution, and progress monitoring in line with the approved master schedule and detailed work programme.
• Establish effective coordination and communication with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities regarding project activities and requirements.
• Review, develop, and prepare method statements for submission and approval by the client.
• Oversee manpower allocation and resource planning, while monitoring work schedules to ensure efficient task assignment and seamless site operations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule and requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with involvement in LTA/ MRT projects.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing civil and infrastructure construction works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, temporary works, and site operations.
• Familiarity with LTA requirements, specifications, standards, and procedures for MRT and infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
