Full Time Process Operations Engineer - APAC Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in RYAN OWEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is a fast-growing international beverage business operating through a network of strategic co-manufacturing partners across Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Process Operations Engineer to provide hands-on technical support, strengthen day-to-day processing operations and help partner factories deliver consistent quality, productivity and cost performance. The role is regional and will involve substantial travel across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support new plant installations and continuous-improvement projects, coordinating project timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Provide technical operations support to co-manufacturing partners and resolve processing or manufacturing issues through structured troubleshooting.

• Work with partner factories and corporate teams on new product and packaging launches, process trials and commercialisation activities.

• Conduct manufacturing audits, assess operational gaps and coordinate follow-up actions with factory, quality and supply-chain teams.

• Investigate product-quality and operational issues jointly with Quality and manufacturing stakeholders.

• Identify cost-saving and process-optimisation opportunities, define practical action plans and support implementation.

• Evaluate technical feasibility for potential new manufacturing partners, material suppliers and process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in beverages, dairy or liquid-food processing.

• Familiarity with low-acid food and aseptic beverage production and the operating constraints of partner factories.

• Strong technical knowledge of liquid-processing equipment; exposure to UHT, pasteurisation, blending, homogenisation or CIP is highly relevant.

• Understanding of mechanical P&IDs, manufacturing procedures and process-sequence requirements.

• Exposure to HACCP, GMP and ISO-based food-quality systems.

• Confident communication across functions and cultures, with willingness to travel approximately 50% within APAC.
