Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Seri Kembangan, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring maritime-related engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include developing technical specifications, preparing project plans, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning activities. The Project Engineer will review drawings and documentation, support troubleshooting and maintenance, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements. The role also involves reporting project progress, managing risks, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Solid Project Management and Project Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in maritime, marine systems, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic CAD or engineering design software is beneficial.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
