About The Role
We are looking for an organized and motivated intern to help our IT team manage how we make technology decisions. In this role, you will help run our Architecture Review Board (ARB), keep our technical documents organized, explore process automation, and support the overall governance of our IT landscape.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate ARB Meetings: Schedule Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings, track attendance, take clear minutes, and route approved decisions to the right stakeholders.
- Organize Documents: Consolidate and maintain architecture artifacts, system diagrams, and records so they are accurate and easy for the team to access.
- Help Automate: Work with the team to identify and build simple automations to make running the ARB and managing documents faster and more efficient.
- Assist in Application Rationalization: Help gather data and review the software applications our company uses to spot overlaps and find ways to simplify.
- Track EA Governance : Help maintain logs for architecture exceptions, track ARB approval statuses, and assist in updating simple reports or dashboards on IT compliance.
- Support IT Standards: Assist the team in performing basic checks on new project requests to see if they align with our approved technology guidelines.
- AI-Driven Research: Use AI tools to research the latest IT industry standards, governance best practices, and technology trends to share with the team.
