JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities during audits and statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the accounts team.
• Review and approve payments, invoices, journal entries, and financial transactions.
• Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and strategic business initiatives.

Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
