Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting audit engagements in compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
• Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews, and control testing as part of audit fieldwork.
• Prepare clear and complete audit working papers to support audit findings.
• Assist in drafting audit reports, management letters, and other deliverables.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to the engagement team.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide support in addressing audit-related queries.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in accounting and auditing standards.
• Ensure assignments are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Support seniors and managers in coordinating with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification or pursuing (e.g., ACCA, MICPA, CPA, ICAEW) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (e.g., MFRS, IFRS, ISA).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
