Job Description

• Manage and maintain enterprise and data center network infrastructure.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot network equipment and services.
• Support network migration, infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh, and implementation projects.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Perform preventive maintenance, planned changes, and on-call support when required.
• Support network security, infrastructure hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and service providers on network projects and operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience, preferably in enterprise or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent networking technologies.
• Experience in network implementation, migration, upgrades, or technology refresh projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds / NetScout is an advantage.
• CCNP, CCNA, Aruba, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to work with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
