• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive online sales, traffic and customer engagement.
• Develop and manage the marketing calendar, including monthly promotions, festive campaigns and special promotional periods.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce team to ensure timely and effective execution of online marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic to online channels.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, online sales and other key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and internal teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and execution of digital advertising and online promotional campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor competitors and E-Commerce trends to identify suitable promotional opportunities and improvements.
• Prepare regular marketing and campaign performance reports for management review.
• Ensure marketing activities are carried out according to the approved campaign plans, timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on digital marketing, social media and E-Commerce trends to recommend relevant marketing initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, E-Commerce or a related role.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities, preferably in E-Commerce or retail.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and E-Commerce promotional strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing, social media and analytics tools.
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms, online advertising or marketplace platforms will be an advantage.
