Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and project timeframes.
• Measure and calculate quantities required for construction projects.
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and contract documentation.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in tender analysis.
• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
• Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Identify, assess, and manage project-related financial risks.
• Analyze repair and maintenance costs and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
