Position : Logistic Coordinator

Location: Jalan Puchong 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Employment Type : 6 months contract with PERSOL (Maternity Replacement)

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Working Mode : Fully Onsite

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

Start Date : Immediate

We're looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end logistics, shipment coordination, procurement activities, documentation, and operational administration within a leading heavy equipment and machinery organization.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply!

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Manage shipping bookings, logistics arrangements, and freight coordination with vendors and service providers
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, import/export invoices, packing lists, and customs-related paperwork
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, branches, vendors, and internal stakeholders to track shipment progress
• Support procurement activities including RFQs, vendor registration, tender administration, and supplier engagement
• Monitor shipment schedules and issue Notices of Arrival (NOA) to relevant parties
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Coordinate documentation and approvals with authorities such as Customs, JPJ, Puspakom, and related agencies
• Support operational improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce delivery delays

Additional Exposure (Used Equipment Business Support)

This role also provides exposure to commercial and operational activities, including:

• Processing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
• Preparing project costing and sales analysis reports
• Monitoring Used Equipment inventory and stock movement
• Supporting Rental-to-Used Equipment (RUE) conversion activities
• Coordinating Customer Value Agreement (CVA) enrollments
• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to support business activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in logistics, administration, procurement, operations, shipping, or supply chain will be an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required
• Possess own transportation due to business requirements
