Kerja Sepenuh Masa Commercial Executive- Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Superb Impression Creationz Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage quotation requests together with the Junior Commercial Executive.
• Conduct price negotiations with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), detailed pricing, and cost breakdowns.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on all commercial matters related to BQ and costs.
• Participate actively in project meetings, providing contractual guidance.
• Conduct site evaluations for progress claims and verification.
• Prepare and manage Change Orders (CO), Variation Orders (VO), and Letters of Commitment (LOC).
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims to clients.
• Verify and process subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
• Undertake additional contractual and commercial tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Carpentry, Interior Design or Fit-Out industry.
• Experience in retail projects is an added advantage.
• Positive working attitude, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering, and post-contract management.
• Familiarity with Standard Method of Measurement (SMM) rules and BQ preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret project schedules effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
