Job Responsibilities
1) HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR compliance matters and liaise with government agencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Zakat, EA Form, Borang E, etc.) and other payroll-related submission.
- Handle employee registrations, resignations, and related government reporting.
- Issue HR announcements and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
2) Payroll & Benefits
- Process monthly payroll, employee claims, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate medical, insurance, and other employee benefit matters.
3) HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Prepare HR reports and manage employee movement documentation.
4) Employee Relations and Lifecycle Management
- Manage attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee exits.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
6) Training & Development
- Coordinate training programmes and support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Proficient in HRMS, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
