Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including material receiving, inspection, storage, picking, kitting, issuing, transfer and shipment.
• Lead and manage warehouse operators, material handlers and store personnel to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
• Plan manpower deployment and work allocation according to production and warehouse requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate material transactions in SAP / ERP / Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling and handling of materials according to Micron procedures and safety requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Material Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Engineering teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor material movement and resolve shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials and delivery issues.
• Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, productivity, material turnaround time, on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive 5S, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, security and operational procedures in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching, training and performance feedback to warehouse employees.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, material flow, manpower utilization and inventory management.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, materials, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, EMS or other high-volume MNC manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP or WMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, FIFO/FEFO, material handling and warehouse processes.
• Experience managing warehouse personnel and manpower deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate inventory and operational discrepancies.
• Good knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 or rotating shift environment, where required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
