Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in HAYAN PRINTS (M) SDN BHD - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Supervise and guide production operators and workers to ensure smooth daily production activities.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements and workload.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, downtime, and work progress to achieve daily production targets.
• Supervise production processes including offset/flexographic printing.
• Ensure production is carried out according to approved job specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Monitor machine conditions and report machine problems or breakdowns to the Maintenance team.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve daily production issues.
• Ensure sufficient materials, inks, chemicals, and other production items are available before starting production.
• Check product quality during production and ensure defects are identified and controlled.
• Monitor production wastage and identify areas where material or production losses can be reduced.
• Record and report production performance, downtime, rejection, wastage, and other production issues to the Production Manager.
• Investigate minor production problems and take immediate corrective action where required.
• Train and coach operators on proper work procedures, machine operation, quality requirements, and safety practices.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, preferably in the industrial printing or packaging industry.
• Good knowledge of printing and production processes such as offset, flexographic, digital, or screen printing.
• Familiar with pre-press, CTP, printing machines, die-cutting, lamination, folding, gluing, and other finishing processes.
• Experience in supervising production operators and managing manpower.
• Basic understanding of production planning, quality control, machine performance, and production reporting.
• Good problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and work on shifts when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
