Job Summary
The Executive, Scaffolding is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling scaffolding activities for assigned marine projects, including resource utilisation, work scheduling and job execution. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, contractual and client requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate manpower, subcontractors, tools, equipment and facilities required for scaffolding activities.
- Prepare and monitor work schedules and daily progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify potential delays and establish appropriate contingency plans.
- Coordinate scaffolding activities with the Project Management Team (PMT), supervisors, subcontractors, clients and other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage job execution to meet safety, quality, productivity, schedule, budget and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with SOP, HSE, QMS, ISO and applicable statutory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure work meets the required quality, safety, schedule and cost requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, productivity information and inspection records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess Advanced Level Scaffolding Competency Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marine Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Scaffolding Industry.
- Strong project management, people management and resource management skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and work scheduling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a marine operations/project environment.
