Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Management team. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Quotation & Sales Support: Assisting in quote preparation by sourcing vendor pricing and following up on sales proposals and quotations
• Procurement Coordination: Managing and streamlining our procurement processes
• Vendor Management: Liaising directly with vendors and verifying monthly vendor usage and invoices
• Administration: Maintaining accurate documentation and keeping sales records up to date

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong basic communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only
