Fourway Engineering Pte Ltd is an ISO certified company which specialized in the design and manufacturing of Electrical Switchboard, Smart Panel, ACMV Panel, LCP and all types of customized empty metal enclosures.

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage all project activities from commencement to completion of projects according to scheduled datelines.
2. Provide support on schedule planning, quality control, costing and all documentations for projects and maintenance contracts.
3. Attend site meetings for all work in progress matters, safety and technical issues when required.
4. Liaise with Clients and Consultants.
5. To provide on-site technical support and directions to customers.
6. Liaising with customers pertaining on modification works and deadlines, including arrangement of appointments to take measurements, if deemed necessary.
7. Track and measure all project activities and provide weekly reports for review of progress.
8. Review initial project technical plans submitted by customer, action and risk containment plans to contain out-of-line situations.
9. All foul and undesirable deals and transactions must be avoided and reported to the management without hesitation.
10. Maintain proper documentation and reports for ease of retrieval of quality records and archived accordingly to the ISO 9001 requirement.
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Project Executive.
• Good knowledge of computer software like Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-driven, independent and a team-player.
