We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive . The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, be hands-on, and capable of working independently to support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements , management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations , balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Manage invoice processing, payments, and collections .
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements .
• Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial analysis .
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Support year-end audit and tax filing processes .
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
