SITE ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets the required standards.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered at the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction procedures.
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower at the site.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Requirements

• Age: 35 years old and above.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
• Experience in civil construction projects is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work at the project site and travel when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/construction software.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

• Project Site Tuaran / Sabah

Employment Type

• Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
