Job Description :

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
• Handle daily office administration, filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave records.
• Prepare HR related documents – warning letter, reminder, memo & etc.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and preparing onboarding documents.
• Monitor staff attendance, medical leave, annual leave, and other absences.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general enquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Perform other administrative and HR duties assigned by the management.
• Rounding checking production.
• Recording & update daily production report

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in administration or HR is an advantage.
• Good computer skills in Excel / Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Hardworking, willing to learn & able to work under pressure.
