Full Time Document Control Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Manage engineering and project documentation, ensuring records are accurately maintained and readily accessible within the document management system.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to track document submissions, revisions, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Support the control of engineering changes, product specifications, BOM updates and obsolete parts throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation within ERP and PLM systems, including BOM registration and engineering change updates, while preparing relevant reports using Excel.
• Ensure proper document distribution, confidentiality and compliance with internal document control procedures, and provide guidance to users on documentation requirements. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in document control, engineering administration or a manufacturing environment.
• Able to interpret basic mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts and BOMs.
• Familiar with Excel macros/VBA and comfortable working with ERP/PLM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
