Job Summary

You will assist customers with computer components, repair services, and PC customization, recommend products based on their preferences, maintain customer relationships, support retail operations, and participate in trade fairs and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer requests and enquiries about computer components, repair services, and PC customization
• Recommend suitable computer components by sharing product knowledge tailored to individual customer preferences
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Perform basic housekeeping to keep the work area clean and organized
• Support retail operations including stock taking
• Achieve retail sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations
• Manage customer profiles by maintaining and creating new records to support customer relationship management
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate product information and assistance

• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
• Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance suitable for a retail environment
