Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $2000 - $3500
Work days: 4-3-3-4 shift work (must be able to work at least 1 weekend per week)
Working hours: Can choose a fixed shift, 7am - 7pm (day shift) OR 7pm - 7am (night shift)
Working Location: Tampines
Fixed allowance $200 + Other fixed allowance $335
Shift allowance $168 (day) / $336 (night)
Job Responsibilities:
Assisted engineers in improving production processes and operational efficiency.
Developed and maintained process flows, work instructions, and SAP/SFC documentation.
Supported New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production activities.
Conducted training on production work instructions and processes.
Participated in Kaizen continuous improvement and ISO implementation activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/NITEC or higher in Engineering with 1–3 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience.
Proficient in interpreting Bills of Materials (BOM).
Experienced in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
Knowledge of server hardware and systems is an added advantage.
