What You'll Be Doing:

• Be responsible for the development and optimization of the company's core product search system.
• Optimize and enhance the search evaluation platform; propose and implement strategies for improving search effectiveness.
• Design and develop systems for mining search logs and analyzing user behavior to uncover actionable insights.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.
• Solid understanding of search engine technologies, including tokenization, indexing, weighting, scoring algorithms, and ranking algorithms.
• Deep familiarity with the architecture of open-source search engines such as Lucene, Sol, and Elasticsearch, with proven experience in secondary development.
• Hands-on experience in search relevance algorithms, ranking algorithms, and personalized search techniques.
• Background in information retrieval, natural language processing, or data mining is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning and technical excellence
