Tanggungjawab
1) Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in-stores
- Encourage customer to try new products and take up membership.
- Work together with the team to achieve outlet sales targets.
- Recommend suitable products according to customer’s needs.
- Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with care.
- Maintain store cleanliness basic housekeeping.
- Replenishment of products on display and maintain tidiness at all times.
- Ensure outlet has adequate stock level and raise order to restock or highlight stock shrinkage.
- Handle POS system and cashiering activities.
2) Requirements
- Primary/Secondary School/“N” Level in any field.
- Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in retail, Candidates with no experience welcome to apply.
- Passion for the retail industry and a good team player.
- Willing to work and commit to retail hours.
- Candidates with experience in the TCM health and wellness industry may be considered for senior roles.
3) Working Hours
o Employees will work rotating shifts across 3 different shifts; he/she will be rostered 3 off days every 2 weeks.
o Off days may not fall on weekends.
- Example (subject to change):
Week 1: 6 days
Week 2: 5 days
Week 3: 5 days
Week 4: 6 days
o Shift Timing
- Example (subject to change):
A shift: 10am to 6.30pm
B shift: 1.30pm to 10pm
Full shift: 10am to 10pm (or 9.30am to 9.30pm – depending on location of store).
Employees working a full shift will be eligible for 2 breaks.
o Break Time
- 45 mins per shift.
