SENIOR TECHNICIAN / TECHNICIAN – CFM56 FUEL NOZZLE


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform inspection, functional testing, repair and overhaul of CFM56 fuel nozzles.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and rectification of defects.
  • Operate fuel nozzle test equipment and test benches.
  • Follow OEM technical manuals, approved maintenance data and procedures.
  • Complete maintenance records and ensure component traceability.
  • Perform release-to-service activities where authorised.
  • Comply with applicable safety, quality and regulatory requirements.


Requirements


  • Diploma in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial or Aviation Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
  • OEM-trained and currently authorised for CFM56 fuel nozzle maintenance is highly preferred.
  • Relevant experience in CFM56 fuel nozzle MRO.
  • Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Able to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
  • Aviation/aerospace MRO experience is an advantage.
