• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, costing, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Hotel experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising the operations of Stores, Receiving, Purchasing, and Inventory functions to ensure proper procedures and internal controls are followed.
• Verify daily market list purchases against actual stock on hand before the General Manager (GM) approves the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).
• Verify the accuracy of invoice calculations and supplier price quotations.
• Record and calculate daily food and beverage waste or spoilage & room.
• Prepare and distribute daily Food & Beverage & room cost reports.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage department, room and other departments on matters related to cost control and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct random spot checks on Bar Par Stock, bottle labels, and standard menu portions to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Perform menu costing for à la carte items and promotional menus in collaboration with the F&B Manager and Head Chef.
• Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Review and perform month-end closing procedures, including inter-departmental transfers and cost reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks for Food & Beverage outlets, kitchen, general stores, and housekeeping stores.
• Prepare and submit the monthly Food & Beverage, revenue & reservation costing report.
• Conduct quarterly inventory checks for operating equipment, laundry/linen, engineering supplies, and other relevant operational assets.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
