• Maintain servers, networks, workstations, and IT equipment across all branches.
• Support and troubleshoot ERP/accounting/inventory systems (e.g. AutoCount) and Microsoft 365.
• Manage data security, backups, user access, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and maintain digital tools (Google Forms, AppSheet, Excel dashboards, Power Automate) to automate manual workflows.
• Identify and integrate AI tools into existing workflows to boost productivity and streamline day-to-day operations.
• Support the operation and management of the EV charging system, including platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
• Provide helpdesk support, staff training, and IT asset management.
• Standardise IT setup and ensure reliable communication across branches.

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and networking.
• Knowledge of data security and backup practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms to enhance business processes.
• Exposure to EV charging platforms or IoT systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to support multiple branches and work independently.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Perform low voltage electrical work, both in company's premises and customers sites involving assembly, wiring, installation, testing, commissioning, service & maintenance work, including associated mechanical/civil work, according to approved work specifications, drawings, procedures & regulations.
• Ensure all work are done safely, and electrical work are done in accordance to Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s regulations and requirement.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

• Min A0 Certificate (for Chargeman position) and PW4 Certificate (for Wireman position) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• SPM or relevant technical Certificate.
• Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in electrical wiring, assembly, installation, service & maintenance work.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.

• Perform electrical/Instrumentation & associated Mechanical/Civil work in company’s premises and customers sites involving assembly, wiring, installation, service & maintenance work, according to approved work specifications, drawings, procedures & regulations.
• Technical Assistance shall have to set-up, install, configure/test/commission/service computer based instrumentation & Control system.
• To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

• Certificate or Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in assembly, wiring, installation & service work, including usage of basic workshop machinery & tools.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry will be an advantage.
• Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
• Able to work independently and produce relevant work-related reports.
• Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
