Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B Manager to oversee the daily operations of Courthouse Restaurant, ensuring excellent service, food quality, cost control and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily restaurant operations, service standards and staff performance.

· Lead, train and motivate the F&B team.

· Monitor food quality, hygiene, inventory and operating costs.

· Manage sales targets, customer feedback and service improvement.

· Coordinate with kitchen, management and suppliers.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace requirements.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant/F&B management.

· Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on, organised and customer-focused.

· Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
