Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Dynac Energy Johor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, update, and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

2. Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

3. Track workfront availability, manpower utilisation, and installation readiness.

4. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to capture real-time progress.

5. Analyse schedule variances, identify delays, and propose mitigation actions.

6. Prepare detailed look-ahead schedules (1-week, 2-week, 4-week).

7. Assist in planning resources, materials, and sequencing to support project execution.

8. Maintain baseline schedules, revisions, and progress records for documentation.

9. Support Project Manager in progress presentations, client reporting, and planning meetings.

10. Perform any additional tasks or assignments as instructed by the superior or management.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT & EXPERIENCE

1) Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or equivalent

2)Minimum 2–5 years experience in project planning, preferably in HVAC,

M&E, EPCC, or Oil & Gas projects.

Competencies requirement-

A. Technical knowledge/skill :

1. Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

2. Strong understanding of project scheduling, progress measurement, and workfront planning.

3. Knowledge of fabrication, installation sequencing, M&E works, HVAC systems, and workpack planning (advantage).

4. Able to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and progress reports.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
