Kerja Sepenuh Masa ADMIN - HR, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,600 di OILNCO INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave updates, and attendance tracking.
• Support payroll preparation (salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Coordinate probation confirmations and performance review documentation.
• Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, interview scheduling, offer letters).
• Ensure all HR files, policies, and staff documents are updated and properly maintained.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and meal coordination for staff or events.
• Support meetings, internal events, and day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with basic facilities and office upkeep.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge Google Drive and Microsoft Software.
• Possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
