Kerja Sepenuh Masa Finance Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di BUKIT TINGGI MEDICAL CENTRE Selangor - Maukerja

1. Monthly Tasks Fixed Assets, includes the following

• Maintain fixed assets register
• Fixed assets tagging
• Fixed assets written off & disposal
• Ensure existence of the assets and condition.
• Runing depreciation calculation
• Peruse fixed asset and WIP listing to ensure assets are properly capitalized with correspondence depreciation.

2. Inventory, includes the following

• Inventory posting
• Update and upload statistic/KPI data, HR data and financial statement to TM1 by 2nd working day of every month.
• Stock count co-ordination. Update stock count in MCC

3. Month End/Analytical Activities

• Generate “Stock with Value and Qty” from MCC for month end stock report and reconciliation to GL
• Prepare and submit MIS report following day after closing meeting.
• To assist update CEO report and management report by 7th of every month.
• New item code and package creation.
• Support the manager and other finance team with tasks as when required.

4. Statistical Department

• To provide information to Statistic Department Year end Tasks
• Assist in preparing yearly financial statements, income and balance sheet schedules for audit
• Annual stock count for both inventory and fixed assets
• Support on preparation of annual budget, forecast.

Adhoc

Assist on project work and other ad-hoc duties where appropriate.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting recognized by MIA, professional accounting qualification such as MICPA, ACCA.

· 2 years working experience in hospital or healthcare industry.

· Audit experience in big/medium firms will be added advantage.
