Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Customer Service Executive di IGLO Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To handle sales-related documentation (quotations, DOs, and customer database updates).
• Coordinate the logistics process for local and overseas shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers and suppliers. Prepare and review shipping documentation, such as packing lists, import and export declarations.
• Track and report on the status of shipment, monitoring for delays and managing disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Follow up on debtor payments and monitor payment status.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of fulfilment process, ensure all the orders fulfil on-time.
• Reply and respond through various channels, with a focus on resolving complex and escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Solve and provide recommendation for all the Chat Enquiries including Order Issue, Product Recommendation and etc.
• Manage all customer inquiries and customer service.
• Responsible for the process of procurement and logistics.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
• 1 year of working experience in any Customer Service operations or similar capacity.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application.
• Good communication skill (written and oral).
• Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
