Oversee daily operations across all Brotani retail outlets.

Manage and lead outlet Team Captains and retail staff.

Own outlet sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance by outlet.

Analyse product sales and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Drive upselling, add-on sales and average transaction value.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, punctuality and discipline.

Recruit, train and onboard retail staff with the relevant team.

Conduct regular team coaching and performance reviews.

Maintain Brotani's customer service and hospitality standards.

Monitor and resolve customer complaints and feedback.

Maintain consistent guest experience across all outlets.

Ensure outlets maintain A-grade cleanliness and food safety standards.

Conduct and monitor daily opening and closing standards.

Control outlet wastage and investigate recurring wastage.

Monitor stock levels and prevent avoidable stockouts.

Coordinate outlet replenishment requirements with Logistics.

Verify incoming stock and report discrepancies.

Ensure proper FIFO, storage and product handling.

Ensure all products are prepared and presented according to Brotani standards.

Ensure Marketing campaigns, promotions and new product launches are executed correctly at outlet level.

Provide Marketing with customer and product feedback.

Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Logistics on outlet requirements.

Support B2B and event requirements where retail manpower or outlet resources are involved.

Lead operational preparation for new outlet openings.

Support recruitment, training, setup and launch of new outlets.

Ensure all outlet SOPs, policies and checklists are followed.

Conduct regular outlet audits and corrective actions.

Monitor Google and Grab reviews and improve customer experience based on feedback.

Prepare weekly retail performance reports.

Identify operational problems, propose solutions and follow through on corrective actions.

Build strong Team Captains who can independently manage their respective outlets.

Ensure consistent standards across all outlets as Brotani expands from 2 to 3 outlets.

Work closely with the Operations Lead to continuously improve retail performance and systems

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
