Job Position: Clinical Assistant- GP clinic

Requirements

-Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-No prior medical or clinic experience required

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Friendly, polite and comfortable dealing with patients

-Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

-Able to work independently as well as part of a team

-Flexible with working hours including weekends/public holidays when required

-Able to work on a rotating shift schedule

-Basic computer literacy

-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Responsibilities

- Register and assist patients

- ⁠Handle basic administrative and reception duties

- ⁠Assist doctors and clinic staff with daily operations

- ⁠Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness of the clinic

- ⁠Assist with basic clinic procedures after appropriate training

- ⁠Manage appointments, payments and patients records

- ⁠Handle phone calls and patient enquiries professionally

- ⁠Follow clinic protocols and maintain patient confidentiality
