a) Technician – Facility Management
Job Scope:
- Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and building services.
- Carries out meter readings to maintain records for utility costs throughout the building, including those of tenants when required.
- Performs general and emergency repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment within an acceptable timeframe.
- Conducts regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.
- Ensures Fire and Engineering safety features operate optimally, and familiarizes self with emergency procedures.
- To aware and assist management to minimize wastage and costs.
- Liaises with and supervises Property Maintenance Electrical Contractors on site.
- Ensures that all workshop tools and equipment are well stocked and maintained.
- Liaises with and supervises Property Maintenance Electrical Contractors on site.

- Attends training courses and workshops, as well as engineering specific meetings when required.
- Any other tasks or duties that may assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, SPM and recognized trade qualification.
- Experienced in facility management will be added advantages.
- Posses competency of any mechanical/electrical/building will be added advantages, such as chargeman, Responsible Person, etc.
- Possesses technical and problem-solving abilities.
- With experience in electrical troubleshooting/ wirings/ or with competency of AO chargeman or above.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and knowledge in relevant legislation (building codes, fire safety, and country standards
- Sound information system knowledge.
- Fine attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
b) Executive – Facility Management
Job Scope:
- Sees to it that general and emergency repair and Facilities Management works for all plant and equipment are executed within an acceptable timeframe.
- To ensure all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation are always comply to the latest legal regulation imposed by Suruhanjaya Tenaga/DOSH/local authorities.
- To monitor and maintain the automatic meter reading (AMR) is always in working condition.
- Ensures minimum downtime of FM system.
- Carries out preventive maintenance on the FM system.
- To engaged with contractors and various stake holders.
- To provide technical support to all the internal departments.
- To conducts and documents regular inspections of plant and equipment according to statutory requirements.
- Assists the manager or management in the strategizing for the maintenance plan and the achieving of department goals.
- Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
- To comply with all company policies, including those related to OSHA regulations.
- To adhere to workplace safety protocols, participate in safety training programs, and promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to Company.
- Understands and applies all policies implemented by company to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil or equivalent Engineering.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Possesses technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and knowledge in relevant legislation (building codes, fire safety, and country standards).
- Fine attention to detail and quality.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team.
Executive – Operations
Job Scope:
- Inspects retail outlets in the Shopping Mall and maintains good professional relationships with tenants.
- Escalating issues and problems to Assistant Manager/Manager of Operations when necessary.
- To work closely with the Housekeeping department in ensuring the Shopping Mall is kept at tip top condition.
- Assists in inspecting the setup and operations of retail outlets in the Shopping Mall to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Tenants of the Shopping Mall.
- Effectively presents information and responds to Tenant’s enquiries in detail.
- Handles complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by Tenants or customers.
- Controls the use of corridors in front of shops by tenants.
- Manages tenants’ schedules for delivery of goods from the loading bay to their respective outlets.
- Prepare relevant correspondence letters, e-mails and reports to Tenants.
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Understands and applies all policies implemented by the company to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
- Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.
- Complies with all the company policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.
- Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.
- Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.
- Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.
- Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.
- Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent. Engineering relevant degree can be considered.
- Preferrable having relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job summary
Responsible for managing facility and engineering operations, maintaining building, mechanical and ACMV systems, and ensuring effective preventive.
Pay: RM3,333.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
