Full Time Event Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Must Read Sdn Bhd Selayang - Maukerja

Requirement:

1. Candidates in background Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields - experience will be an added advantage.

2. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

3. Able to work under flexible hours (weekends or travel as required).

4. Familiar with social media and promotional activities (for marketing roles).

5. Physically fit and able to assist in booth setup (for logistic roles).

6. Passionate about events, books, and education.

Responsibilities:

1. Help manage and coordinate events systematically and in an orderly manner according to the established SOP.

2. Manage preparations before the event takes place such as preparing the event budget, documentation and correspondence.

3. Manage the preparation of equipment, event equipment and sales items.

4. Assist in the implementation of the planned strategy in the event to maximize sales.

5. Communicate with customers and answer all customer questions during the event.

6. Provide advisory services on products and services to customers or potential customers.

7. Provide various materials for content variations in the form of writing, audio, video, live for social media during the event.

8. Organize and manage social media content regarding the event on the Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. For example, preparing live content on social media and ensuring posting runs.

9. Identify product content that can be featured as content, thus being involved in producing marketing tools from the content.

10. Provide sales / program reports for evaluation.

11. Together to help the department's monthly and annual strategic ideas and plans.
