Kerja Sepenuh Masa CUSTOMER SERVICE, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di LAF FLEXITANK SERVICES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

1) Manage and coordinate ocean export shipments from initial booking through to final delivery, ensuring all documentation and procedures comply with international regulations

2) Liaise with clients to obtain shipping instructions, arrange space bookings with shipping lines, and confirm shipment details

3) Prepare and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations

4) Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients regarding departure, in-transit status, and arrival information

5) Coordinate with freight consolidation teams, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient cargo handling and clearance

6) Manage shipment costing, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes

7) Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
